Calvin Klein Gets FashGifs to GIF Up Its Spring 2013 Collection



Even however I always detest to see a "people's medium" like the GIF used as a company -sponsored marketing resource, this week on Tumblr, Calvin Klein's been jogging a neat new collaboration to highlight its Spring 2013 with the intelligent GIF-maker Greta Larkins of FashGif.

Tumblr, GIFs, and Fashion Month all make this a saleable initiative, but aside from the viral likely or whatsoever, the greatest component of this marketing campaign is that it essentially attracts focus to the tag 's garments.

In September, there are hundreds if not countless numbers of new runway photographs streaming in each day, and if that's the key way you experience Trend Month, you are lying to me if you say you don't at some position drop the potential to differentiate involving the different seems. I know FashGifs appears to be cool because GIFSGIFSGIFS #HaveYouSeenThatBlog, but I think it's far more than just a toy. Larkins' animations open up the clothes, and display you what's exciting &mdash sensible, sophisticated, playful, no matter what &mdash about them.
