Jennie Garth Shares Her Diet and Health and fitness Suggestions for 2013

Jennie Garth is proud of her slimmer shape !

In the course of her cover shoot for the January/February cover of Wellbeing , the forty - year - old actress explained how she lost 30 pounds midway through 2012 -- and also uncovered how she's been able to maintain the weight off.

" I have been doing work out genuinely hard. I have been fat teaching with a trainer 3 days a week. We do boxing, kickboxing -- plenty of excess weight lifting and instruction and jumping all around like crazy men and women," the mom of a few laughed. "I actually never ever sit down! I believe that is fundamentally the secret -- not sitting all over."

Although fitness is a priority for the Beverly Hills, 90210 star, preserving a balanced diet plan is equally critical. " A single of my preferred healthy things to eat is salad with beets on it. I enjoy beets. I can't get sufficient beets recently," the five -foot- five actress stated. "I like to consume them or drink them."
