Staff USA Opening Ceremony Uniforms: All the Information !


The U.S.A. Olympic uniform designed by Ralph Lauren. Team U.S.A. Olympians will wear the preppy designs during the opening ceremony in London July 27th.

For Crew USA's grand entrance to the 2012 London Olympics, they're going to be decked out in an all-American manufacturer : Ralph Lauren Blue Label.

Very similar to the getups from the 2008 Beijing Olympics, athletes like Michael Phelps, Lolo Jones, Gabby Douglas and Ryan Lochte will be sporting the crimson, white and blue army - inspired garb.

The gals will dress in a white cotton blouse paired with a knee- size cream skirt while the gentlemen will wear a matching white shirt with cream- colored trousers. Both equally assortiment will be topped off with a sharply tailor-made ambigu -breasted wool blazer with peak lapels featuring the official U.S. Olympic Online games patch and embroidered Large Pony brand at the chest and a navy beret striped with red and white. Gals will decorate with a stylish striped neck scarf and the men will work complementing ties.

"The unifo rms had been inspired by the spirit of American athleticism and sportsmanship, which includes the 1948 Olympic Game titles in London," the brand name states in a press release. " Vintage impressed, but modern in style and design and sophistication."
