Christina Aguilera been given a 2012 McGovern Award for her work as an ambassador for the Planet Foods Programme at the U.S. Division of State yesterday. And Secretary of Brilliant Hillary Clinton was all like, "zomg, b00bies!" Either that, or Christina's medal (if there was a single, who is familiar with ) received misplaced in that there cleavage.
