Making the most of a rare day off, Nicole Kidman went for a jog in Staint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France yesterday afternoon (October 28).
The "Moulin Rouge" star looked sporty as she ran around town in a purple zip-up jacket with a black hat and black shorts. Nicole has been busy filming "Grace of Monaco" nearby.
In a recent interview, Ms. Kidman noted that while there were rumors to the contrary, her experience filming "Eyes Wide Shut" with then-husband Tom Cruise wasn't a contributing factor to their divorce.
"People thought that making the film was the beginning of the end of my marriage, but I don't really think it was. Tom and I were close th en, and it was very much the three of us. Onscreen, the husband and wife are at odds, and [director] Stanley [Kubrick] wanted to use our marriage as a supposed reality."
"That was Stanley: He used the movie as provocation, pretending it was our sex life — which we weren't oblivious to, but obviously it wasn't us. We both decided to dedicate ourselves to a great filmmaker and artist."
