Alexander Skarsgard Covers GQ Style Australia Spring/Summer 2012/13

With his hit show "True Blood" having just wrapped up its fifth season, Alexander Skarsgard followed this up by covering the Spring/Summer 2012/13 issue of GQ Style Australia.

The 36-year-old Swedish actor looked handsome in a casual black v-neck tee with white trousers for the Steven Pan shot front page while dishing about his military experience and Hollywood, in general.

Highlights from Mr Skarsgard's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to pay a visit to GQ Style Australia!

On his experience at Comic-Con:
"There was a motorcade from the hotel in through the garage and up into the building... [The fans' screaming was] deafening."< /p>

On his upbringing:
"Most of my dad's friends were actors, directors, artists, musicians. It was artistic and lovely."

On his experience in the military:
"We were out in the woods in the middle of the winter for 10 days. We didn't really have any food or any sleep. It got to a point where people started to hallucinate and, you know, talk to their weapons. And cry. There was a moment where you're, like, 'I'm gonna die in five minutes.' We were freezing cold and so tired and hungry. We came back to the barracks after 10 days and the captain said, 'Now you're gonna go out and run 20 miles [32 km] — with your backpacks.' People f**king lost it. We thought we'd be out there for another 24 hours. People were dancing back to the barracks."
