Stir-Fry Garlic Beef And Greens



In the depths of wintertime, you are excused for buying a prepackaged frozen stir-fry evening meal. You want a reasonably nutritious meal on the speedy and you could choose far, far worse possibilities. But in the summer season ? Dude, appear on.

Not only is most make at it's freshest, crispest, most-flavorful appropriate now, you are lacking out on a rapid way to upgrade your stir-fry: grilling your protein. Quite often, stir-fried beef, chicken, pork, or shrimp can fade into the history of the dish, tasting much like what ever other components you've thrown into the wok. Simple garlic beef stir-fry

What you'll want :
one cup fish sauce
one cup brown sugar
3 garlic cloves
one shallot
1 small Thai chili
2 Tbsp chopped lemongrass
two Tbsp peeled and chopped ginger
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ cup canola oil, additionally 1 Tbsp
1 lb flank steak slice into one -inch strips
½ medium yellow onion, sliced thin
four substantial carrots, minimize into matchsticks
one cup broccoli florets
2 Tbsp drinking water

How to make it:
one. In a food items processor or blender increase the fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, shallot, Thai chili, lemongrass, chopped ginger, black pepper, and canola oil. Puree until finally the marinade comes alongside one another, but not so substantially that it reaches a sauce-like consistency.
