
Halle Berry just keeps acquiring hotter.
At 46, the Cloud Atlas actress and mom to four - year - old Nahla nevertheless has one particular of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood.

"For the past two and a half months, she's been executing really intense, 30-minute cross- education workouts to shock her body," Bardonnet told Us. " It really is responding nicely !"
Certainly it is. But wellness begins from the inside out, so to fuel up involving sweat sessions and retain her metabolism in check, Berry chows down on five small meals a day -- generally salads, fish, and soups.
"Cardio is critical but nutrition is important," Bardonnet advised. "To look like [Halle], lower sugar, flour, and cheese to twice a week."
