Jessie J is known for her love of changing her hair from pink to purple to dip-dyed and, lucky for us, she's forever keeping us up-to-date via her Twitter account. So this weekend, bored of her brunette long locks, it was no surprise to see Jessie (and hair stylist Alisha Dobson) documenting her hair cut via social media.
We should've known a new look was brewing when the singer tweeted "Brown hair is kinda boring on me" and "I miss having dark hair hmmm" last week - but we couldn't have expected Jessie to chop off her brightly coloured extensions and go for such a dramatic change. Yup, not only has JJ gone back to black but she's got a sleek new bob too.
The new 'do took place during a promotional trip to China when Jessie and Alisha hit the (dye) bottle. After a series of snaps, Jessie annouced the exciting transformation on Twitter, "Short black and sides.... What do you all think?" We like, Jessie.

The new jet black short bob is reminiscent of Jessie's graphic hair style when she first hit the music scene back in 2010. Remember that severe, blunt fringe and black bob? The cut comes after the BBC confirmed that Jessie will return as a judge for the second series of The Voice. New job, new hair? Sounds good to us.
