Easy garlic and soy-glazed beef stir-fry

1 cup fish sauce
1 cup brown sugar
three garlic cloves
one shallot
1 smaller Thai chili
two Tbsp chopped lemongrass
2 Tbsp peeled and chopped ginger
1 tsp freshly floor black pepper
½ cup canola oil, furthermore 1 Tbsp
1 lb flank steak slice into one -inch strips
½ medium yellow onion, sliced slender
4 big carrots, minimize into matchsticks
1 cup broccoli florets
2 Tbsp h2o
How to make it:
