No stranger to legal trouble, Lindsay Lohan is now reportedly an official suspect in the Hollywood Hills jewelry heist.
According to TMZ, investigators say both the 27-year-old and her assistant Gavin Doyle are the prime suspects in the theft.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, the "Mean Girls" actress spent the night at a Hollywood Hills home after a small gathering on Sunday evening (August 19) when $100,00 in jewels were apparently stolen. The house belongs to Sam Magid.
TMZ continued to report that Magid reportedly recanted his complaint, but the LAPD is continuing its investigation. Miss Lohan is still on informal probation stemming from vario us infractions, including pleading no contest to stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice.
Reps for Lindsay had no comment on the developments.
