Topshop and Topman valued at two billion

The stake has been offered to Leonard Eco-friendly & Associates (LGP), an American private equity team which also co-owns US clothing retailers J. Crew and Neiman Marcus, for a documented price tag of £500 million.

The deal will enable the Arcadia group, the umbrella below which the Topshop and other Green -owned manufacturers these as Dorothy Perkins and Wallis are housed, to pay off all outstanding debts.
