All smiles after leaving the salon, Rose McGowan showed off her blonde locks in West Hollywood on Tuesday (December 4).
The "Charmed" star strutted her stuff in a black long-sleeved top, floral print skinnies, and black boots while she seemd to be enjoying her no-longer dark hair.
Recently, the 39-year-old actress opened up to People about smooching, admitting that she hates a "sloppy kisser."
However, she's had a lot of practice due to her line of work. She adds, "I had to kiss a lot of people on Charmed and I would kiss people I wouldn't even know. I'd say, 'Hi, you're Ted? Let's make out Ted. Okay, Ted, it was really nice to meet you. I'll never see you again."'
