During an appearance on The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson in the US on Monday, the host coaxed mother-of-one Kerr into revealing that she sometimes parades around in her underwear for husband Orlando Bloom - something she is more than accustomed to doing on the catwalk but where the audience is huge.

Kerr coyly nodded while Ferguson processed this information, then declared her: "the most awesome wife in America.'

Further blushes surfaced when Kerr admitted: 'Let's bring it back to my grandma. What she said to me about men: men are very visual, don't forget that. So everyday, just put a little make-up on, put on some nice underwear and you'll keep your husband."
