Avocados are in higher season proper now and you will find them piled up entrance and middle in most supermarkets. So we're celebrating the bounty with this offbeat twist on the ubiquitous margarita.
This cocktail was produced by Paolo Votano, proprietor of Oficina Latina in SoHo, NYC. "I utilized to introduce new drinks each day, but immediately after I came up with the avocado margarita, individuals started coming again for it. So I put it on the menu as a signature and it took off from there,” Votano states.
When you style it you will see why it is become a signature consume. Silky avocado puree blends superbly with the bold spice of the habanero-infused tequila, and then balances off with tart lime and sweet flavors. But the clincher for me is the cilantro syrup, which turns this curious cocktail into a thing truly unique. And let's experience it, if you're getting attendees this weekend, you will impress the hell out of them when you serve them this consume. ¡Hasta la próxima!
